cowbelles policies

All sales are final.  It is the responsibility of the customer and/or authorized representative to thoroughly inspect shipments and report to Cowbelles any damages and/or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt. Any visible freight damage to boxes or pallets must be noted on the

delivery receipt. Any concealed damage (not factory defect) noted with opening the shipment must be reported directly to the carrier as well as to Cowbelles on the day of receipt.  

Please note:

Cowbelles one of a kind items or hard to replace pieces will be shipped insured at full value to protect your purchase.

Park Hill Collection Terms and Conditions

Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation via

email on all submitted orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to review

the order for accuracy and report any discrepancies in product, quantity,

shipping information, etc.

Shipping: Default shipment is ground by Park Hill choice of carrier.

Orders larger in size and/or weight may be delivered via common carrier.

The telephone number for the carrier can be found on the delivery

receipt. PHC will issue call tags or schedule a truck for pick-up on

acceptable returns; the product must be returned in the original

packaging. Damaged product must be returned to PHC within 2 weeks

of receipt of the call tags. Digital photographs will be required in most

cases to process claims. Failure to comply with damage/discrepancy

claims procedures could result in a denied claim.
